"Splice the Mainbrace"

With the crew holed up it was time to celebrate passing the halfway mark and "splice the mainbrace" with a tot of tasty Illegal Tender Spiced Rum. As one of my favourite spiced rums I celebrated at home with a glass myself!

Made in Dongara, WA the distillery is well worth popping into for a tour and a tasting if you are passing. You can also buy their range of rums online. Gins & merchandise are available too.
